£10,000,000 ($30,000,000) was issued with the right to be increased to £15,000,000 in legal tender Treasury Bills redeemable by Dec. 30,1792 at $1 specie for $40 in bills. Increase made. Legal tender was terminated at the Nov. 1781 Session. Printed both on very thin laid paper and on thick laid paper by Dixon and Nicholson and by Dunlap and Hayes. Deliberate misspellings and omission of letters constitute secret marks. Signers were A. Craig, J. Hopkins, John Lyne, W. Martin, L. Patterson, H. Randolph, J. Rose, J.M.
