1. OVERVIEW
The CDN Public Application Programming Interface (API) provides programmatic access to CDN Publishing, LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and brands' comprehensive pricing data and catalog information for coins and currency. This API allows applications to retrieve real-time pricing information, browse catalog structure, and access detailed collectible data directly from Greysheet databases.
Cost: the cost to use the CDN-Greysheet API is inexpensive and can be reviewed on our API pricing page.
2. DEFINITIONS

CDN means CDN Publishing, LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and brands.
Licensee means the individual or entity accessing or using the API governed by the terms of this Agreement.
Licensed Data means Greysheet Identification (GSID) systems, catalog metadata, and pricing information as further defined in Section 4 of this Agreement, together with all other data made accessible through the applicable API Access Level.
Access Levels means the tier of API functionality and Licensed Data made accessible to Licensee based on Licensee's selected subscription.
Basic Access provides access to basic catalog information and CPG retail pricing only

3.2. Access level is determined by your current Greysheet subscription level and API level requested on a per call basis.
3.3. Licensee may not sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the API without CDN's prior written consent.
4. LICENSED DATA AND PERMITTED USES
4.1. Greysheet Identification Systems (GSID) Numbers: May be used in back-end and front-end systems. When displayed on public websites, 'GSID' must be shown with a hyperlink to the matching record.
4.2. Greysheet Catalog Metadata: May only be displayed with proper credit to CDN and referenced third parties obtained from CDN in advance, as an extension amendment to this agreement.

4.4. CPG Retail Pricing Values: May be used in front-facing websites or collection management tools provided values are properly labeled as sourced from CDN (e.g., 'CPG Price (or Value)', 'Red Book Price (or Value)', 'Banknote Book', or 'Friedberg'). Displayed values must be hyperlinked to CDN.
4.5. Attribution: In all cases, Licensee must identify CDN (and its brands) as the source of market values and actively promote awareness of CDN data.
5. TERM AND TERMINATION
5.1. This Agreement is effective upon Licensee's first access to the API and remains in force until properly terminated by either party.
5.2. CDN may suspend or revoke API access at its discretion, including for nonpayment, misuse, or failure to attribute CDN data.
5.3. Licensee may terminate API access at any time via written notice to api@whitmanbrands.com.
5.4. Licensee must remove all Licensed Data and references within 30 business days of termination. Failure to comply may result in a penalty of up to $500 per day.

For detailed API pricing information, visit greysheet.com. (Note: there is a minimum monthly charge of $25 for any API usage.)
6.3 CDN reserves the right to change pricing, impose custom pricing, or offer volume discounts.
6.4. Licensee may not exceed its usage limits or access data outside its tier without authorization.
6.5. API keys are self managed and available at greysheet.com. For technical implementation details, see the API Usage Guide.
