Printed on thin paper from engraved copper plates, the plate for the 20s still being in existence. Signers were John Beale, William Burrows, Jr., Macartan Cambell, Henry Crouch, William H. Gibbes, Thomas Inglis, Nicholas Langford, William Mathews, John Neufville, Jr., John Peronneau, Charles Pinckney, Jr., Thomas Radcliffe, Jr., Jacob Read, William Roper, and Jonathan Sarrazin.
