Indented engraved Certificates of Audited Accounts approved in the Commons House of Assembly by the Mar. 24, 1774 Resolution, and were payable out of the next taxes to be levied. The backs are elaborately engraved. The date and denomination are written in ink. Signers were Thomas Bee, Miles Brewton, Gideon Dupont, Jr., Thomas Farr, Jr., Christopher Gadsden, Thomas Heyward, Jr., Rawlins Lowndes, and Charles Pinckney, Sr. Miscellaneous odd sums less than £100 was not intended for use as currency.
