The Greysheet Catalog (GSID) of the 1776 Sterling Denoms series of Georgia Colonial Currency in the U.S. Currency contains 10 distinct entries with CPG® values between $365.00 and $5,000.00.
£12,572 19s in Certificates authorized by the Provincial Congress in 1775 were printed to replace all outstanding issues. There are five sizes of certificates, the size increasing with the denomination, with two sizes for the 2s6d. The two highest denominations are printed in red and black and the others are in black. Borders and text are typeset. The first 5s certificates had a crown as a vignette which, on being considered unpatriotic, was removed in favor of a light blue circular seal.
