The Greysheet Catalog (GSID) of the Silver Ikes, Proof, Brown Packaging (1971–1974) series of Proof & Mint Sets in the U.S. Coins contains 4 distinct entries with CPG® values between $23.29 and $30.29.
From 1971-1974 the U.S. Government issued proof Eisenhower dollars in singular packaging in brown slide-out boxes. The coins were struck in silver and stored in hard plastic set into a red felt holder. These are commonly referred to as "Brown Ikes" by collectors.
