1886 One Dollar PR Values

Details

Most 1886 proof Morgan dollars exhibit mirrored devices and fields, though a relatively large number – but fewer than half of the survivors – have cameo frosting. A few, perhaps a couple dozen, exhibit true DCAM quality with cameo devices and deep mirrored fields. Most of these 1886 Morgan dollar proofs are found in the PR60-64 range, though there are many Gem survivors and at least a few grading PR67 or higher.

down This coin is made of 90% silver; 10% copper and has a current melt value of $56.53
