Obverse Description
Stars 7 and 8 ½ mm. from L and Y OBV. 7. S1C, S7LE, S8B, S13LH. Stars have long sharp points. Date is 7 ¾ mm. and high, with point of 1 lightly touching curl. Large 180 and small 7. Center dot in hair 2 mm. below and slightly left of ear. All observed specimens have fine die cracks, encircling legend and stars but early die states may exist without cracks.
Reverse Description
5 berries and all have stems REV. F-s2. Same as F except die cracks. The crack from top of ED in UNITED touches tip of wing, STATES at top and extends down through last S to clouds. Later states also show a crack from tail feathers to top of U and another from arrow curves through N to I. (65,65,65,64,64) R.2 136
