The Greysheet Catalog (GSID) of the Government of Pakistan series of Pakistan in the World Currency contains 79 distinct entries with CPG® values between $0.50 and $3,000.00.

The issuance of 1-rupee notes is the responsibility of the Government of Pakistan (GOV), whereas higher denomination notes are issued by the State Bank of Pakistan. However, some of the earlier issues of higher denominations are inscribed as Government of Pakistan because they were designed prior to the establishment of the State Bank of Pakistan.
