Coin distributed for circulation are typically packaged in Mint-sewn bags, or paper rolls. In the 1960s the collector market experienced a mania of sorts with speculators buying up original rolls of Mint issues. Today dealers still seek roll-quantity coins for inventory and also sought by collectors.
