2009-S Silver Quarters Proof Set Quarter dollar PR 6 Coins Values

Details

Original Packaging: Similar to that for the 2008 set, the box for the Silver Proof set retained its usual red color but with the revised artwork found on the clad-set packaging. The same is true of the Proof set of 2009 quarters, with the image of George Washington replacing the American eagle but in the red color associated with silver Proofs.

Commentary: The quality of this year’s silver Proofs was outstanding, with the laser frosting achieving greater success on the silver planchets than on the clad ones.
