2008-S Silver Quarters Proof Set Quarter dollar PR 5 Coins Values

Details

Original Packaging: The packaging for 2008’s silver Proof set mirrored that of 2007. The outer box likewise was a return to the pre-2006 image of a bald eagle and the U.S. Mint seal. Unlike the clad set’s blue printing, however, the boxes for the silver sets were printed in black. The plastic and fiberboard components were the same as in 2007, with their distinctive red color denoting the inclusion of silver coins.

Commentary: There appear to be no surprises regarding the quality of these coins. There are essentially beyond improvement in technical terms, though I’ll leave it for others to debate the merits of their artistry.

up This coin is made of Silver and has a current melt value of $60.46
