1937 One Cent MS RD Values
Details
The 1937 Lincoln cent is extremely common in all circulated grades and in Mint State levels up through MS66. In grades above that, the 1937 one-cent piece becomes tougher, though all around Lincoln cents produced during the late 1930s are available in large supplies throughout most of the widely traded grade levels, with both strike and color exceptional on the bulk of these pieces.
Obverse: Bust of Abraham Lincoln framed by IN GOD WE TRUST on the top periphery. The word LIBERTY to the left of the portrait and the date and mintmark (If any) positioned on the right side.
Reverse: Wheat ears flanking the words ONE CENT, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The motto E PLURIBUS UNUM on the top perimeter.
