1910-S One Cent MS RD Values

Details

The 1910-S Lincoln cent is considered a semi-key date coin, as are all mint marked Lincoln cents dating before 1916. It, along with the 1913-S Lincoln penny are much easier to find in circulated grades than the other early S-mint Lincoln cents. Also similar to the other early branch-mint Lincolns, the 1910-S is scarce in uncirculated grades, though not nearly as much so as many other examples. In fact, it is more readily available in Gem Red than virtually any other S-mint Lincoln cent through the 1920s. Also, unlike most early branch-mint Lincolns, the 1910-S features a rather decent strike.

Obverse: Bust of Abraham Lincoln framed by IN GOD WE TRUST on the top periphery. The word LIBERTY to the left of the portrait and the date and mintmark (If any) positioned on the right side.

Reverse: Wheat ears flanking the words ONE CENT, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The motto E PLURIBUS UNUM on the top perimeter.
