1869 Two-Cent Piece. Produced with bonded or clad silver and copper strip, silver on one side and copper on the other, similar in concept to that used to coin J-407 dated 1865.
Obverse: Regular two-cent die of the year.
Reverse: Actually an obverse die: Liberty Head with cap and three stars (Obverse 1 of the Standard Silver quarter dollar).
