1863 Two-Cent Piece. Earliest dated Mint pattern featuring Washington’s portrait. Thick and thin varieties exist of J-305.

Obverse: Washington head facing right, GOD AND OUR COUNTRY above, date and two stars below.

Reverse: Similar to adopted 1864 issue but with CENTS more curved.
