Obverse Description
Curled base, pointed top 2, large 8's OBV. 1. S1C, S7UE-JCHb, S8LH, S13B, S12C. Date is 8 ½ mm., with large thick 8's and all figures are very close together. Die defect lines below bust and left of date.
Reverse Description
Die break lump in F REV. A. A1LH, A2UE, A3UH. 50 C. is 1 ½ mm. and high. A-A is ¼ mm. Left sides of T and I in line. The die break lump in F shows on nearly all specimens. This reverse used in 1827. (see 1827 Rev. H) (64,64,64,63,63) R.1
