Milling, stars OBV. 24-s2. Same as 24 except usually there is only light partial milling and stars are flat and drawn to edge.
Reverse Description
Jointed I, E in STATES recut REV. V. A1B, A2UH, A3LH. 50 C. is 1 ¼ mm. A-A is slightly less than ½ mm. Jointed I in PLURIBUS. E in STATES distinctly recut at top. (See O.128) (65,63,63,62,62) R.4
