Star 1 only ½ mm. from drapery OBV. 12. S1B, S7C-JCHb, S8UE, S13LH. Stars 1 and 8 each are only ½ mm. from drapery and cap. Date is 8 mm.
Reverse Description
4th crossbar from bottom into right wing REV. K. A1B, A2UE, A3B. 50 C. is 2 ½ mm. and low. A-A is ½ mm. Left side of T and right side of I in line. First S in STATES is higher than adjacent T. Center dot between crossbars 4 and 5. Inside right bases of A's mostly missing. (63,63,62,60,60) R.4
