Obverse Description
Letters sharply clash marked below bust OBV. 3. S1UH, S7B-LEC, S8LE, S13 SC.PT.UH. Stars all large and well formed. Date is 10 ¼ mm. Most specimens show letters of E PLURIBUS UNUM sharp below the bust. Some show letters double and triple clash marked, with E usually visible near star 1 and stand of P at edge of bust. Also light to heavy clash marks in both fields and at ear. Clash marks are mentioned here because they are normal to most specimens of this variety. Most specimens show only light partial milling, or none at all, and star points drawn to edge.
Reverse Description
REV. H-s2. Same as H except in this marriage the reverse is normally well struck. (64,64,64,63,63) R.1
