Obverse: Mouth open, twin segments below bust OBV. 9. S1LE, S7UH-TOC, S8LE, S13C, S4B, S12UE. S8 nearly ¾ mm. from cap and S13 very close to curl. Stars are usually flat with rather blunt points. Date a close 7 mm. with blunt ones and a three that is heavy and boldly curved. Two pair of segments in milling below end of bust are joined like Siamese twins. This obverse is similar to obverse 6 but definitely different. On Obv. 6, stars 4 and 12 are LH and LE. Small die defect causes a lump above clasp and right of curl.
Reverse: A1 well below second T at base REV. I-s2. Same as I except that now the die is well worn, with little or no milling and some of the letters are drawn to edge. Usually the top of 5 is very weak and arrow shafts may be weak or broken near right claw. (see O.110) (65,63,63,63,62) R.4
