Obverse: OBV. 12. S1B, S7C-JCHb, S8UE, S13LH. Stars 1 and 8 each are only ½ mm. from drapery and cap. Date is 8 mm.
Reverse: RI nearly touch, R is higher REV. L. A1LH, A2LH, A3UE. 50 C. is 2 ¼ mm. A-A is slightly less than ½ mm. Base of RI in AMERICA nearly touch and R has a thick heavy base that is higher than base of I. ME also nearly touch. There is no center dot. I is entirely left of left side of T. Inside right serifs of A1 and A3 are missing. This reverse is also used in 1823. (See O.109) (65,65,65,64,64) R.3
