The signatures on notes dated 1856 to 1914 are handwritten, printed, and sometimes both handwritten and printed. Notes dated 1923 to 1981 have three printed signatures illustrated in the following signature table. Earlier notes are so rare that a meaningful signature table can’t be produced at this time.
