The 2010 R 50 Euro is part of a series of Non-circulating coins struck from 2010-2010. Struck in Rome and designated as a Proof (PR) strike, this coin is made of Gold.
Obverse: Coat of arms of the Republic of San Marino in which we can see a hill and towers with feathers. Above, a crown. On the left a branch of laurel, and on the right a branch of oak surround this coat of arms. The name of the engraver is inscribed at the bottom of the coin, and the name of the Republic of San Marino appears on the outline of the coin.
Reverse: (fr) Représentation d'un détail de la peinture à la détrempe de Saint-Marin (par un peintre inconnu de Toscane), datant du 16ème siècle, qui est logé dans le Musée de Saint-Marin État. En haut à gauche est l'année d'émission «2010» et autour de la pièce sont les mots "TRÉSORS DE SAN MARINO". Au bas est le nom de l'artiste "V. De Seta "et la valeur "20 EURO". Le symbole "R" est la marque de l'atelier de la monnaie italienne chargée de la frappe de la pièce.
