Reverse: A military drummer boy facing left is featured with a small torch, surrounded by 13 stars, in the left field. E PLURIBUS UNUM is wedged between the torch and drummer's hand. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA * QUARTER DOLLAR framer the periphery.
