The Kagin-19 features a new “140.G.” dated obverse die on which “20.” is distanced from CARATS. This obverse is paired with a new reverse die with RUTHERF: abbreviated. Fewer than 40 examples exist in private hands, a handful of which are known in lower uncirculated grades.
